Refund Policy

1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This applies to all orders placed through The Ellwood Review website, regardless of your location. For EU consumers, this right is established under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt at hello@rinsingrinse.world with your name, phone number used to place the order, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, unopened and with packaging intact. Products that have been opened and partially used may not be eligible for a full refund except in cases of genuine product defect.
4. Pay on Delivery Orders
All orders placed through this website are pay-on-delivery. No upfront payment is charged. If you decline delivery or return the product within the 14-day window and no payment has been made, no charge will apply.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been fully consumed cannot be returned. Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and verify the returned item, any applicable refund will be processed within 14 calendar days using the original payment method where applicable.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
